What this site is

This site is a marketing and information resource for UjyaaloIT's technology engineering services — cloud, AI/data, product engineering, and cybersecurity. It describes our capabilities, showcases past work, and provides a way to get in touch. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of services; a real engagement begins only once both parties sign a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The text, design, layout, and original graphics on this site are owned by UjyaaloIT unless otherwise noted. Photography sourced from Unsplash remains the property of its respective photographers under Unsplash's license terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our branding or written content for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system underlying this site;
• Submit the contact form with spam, malicious content, or automated bulk requests;
• Interfere with the site's normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service attempts, scraping at abusive volume);
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us regarding a potential engagement.

Actual service engagements

If you engage UjyaaloIT for real project work, that engagement — scope, pricing, timelines, confidentiality, liability, IP ownership of deliverables, and so on — is governed entirely by the separate written contract (statement of work, MSA, or similar) we sign together, not by this page. Any figures discussed before that point are indicative starting estimates, not a binding quote.

Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." While we try to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantee that everything on the site is complete, up to date, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, UjyaaloIT isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. This limitation doesn't apply to our obligations under a separately signed client engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

UjyaaloIT operates internationally, serving clients worldwide from teams based in Nepal and the UK. Absent a specific governing-law clause in a signed client agreement, general principles of the jurisdiction most relevant to the engagement apply. For a specific project, governing law is specified in that project's signed contract.
